Who We Are
Ms. Hodgkiss has more than twenty years of varied accounting experience in all aspects of financial information management. She has worked in several types of businesses and organizations ranging from entrepreneurial to mainstream. From her early hands-on career experience as Accounting Clerk, she was promoted through the ranks to Controller. Ms. Hodgkiss has acted as the coordinator and liaison between external CPA firms and internal management to produce and deliver timely, accurate, and reliable financial information, audits, and tax document preparation.
Prominent among her skills is the ability to perform a needs assessment of the environment, followed by the timely, accurate and efficient organization and coordination of records and on-going processes. Ms. Hodgkiss has completed several fixed asset databases for audits and has reconstructed multi-company, co-mingled records into their separate companies. In one instance, she totally reconstructed the accounts receivable details manually after a failed computer conversion.
Ms. Hodgkiss is a graduate of The University of Maine at Augusta with a BS in Accounting. She holds CPA credentials in New Hampshire and Maine.
